Best CRM for Real Estate Photographers (2026)

Real estate photographers usually end up choosing between two kinds of software. Real estate media platforms are built around agents ordering shoots and receiving listing media. General photography CRMs are built around clients, contracts and invoices. This guide compares both, with prices as listed on each vendor's own site in September 2026. Prices change, so check the vendor before you decide.

What a real estate photographer actually needs

  • A way for agents to book and pay without a phone call
  • Invoicing and online payments, ideally tied to the property
  • Fast delivery of photos and video in one link
  • MLS-ready image sizes and unbranded video or tour links for the MLS
  • A record of every agent and what they book
  • Contracts or terms, if you shoot anything beyond listings

Real estate media platforms

These tools are built specifically for real estate media businesses. Their strengths are agent ordering, listing delivery pages, MLS-ready files and property websites. Most charge per listing or by annual listing volume rather than a flat fee. In our research we did not find built-in contracts with e-signatures in these four; if you need signed contracts, ask the vendor.

  • Aryeo: a content platform for real estate media companies, owned by Zillow Group since July 2023. It has a free plan (Aryeo Lite) for media delivery, and Aryeo Pro starts at $49 a month, with price tiers set by annual listings and team size. It stands out for Zillow integrations, including delivery for Zillow Showcase listings.
  • HDPhotoHub: a white-label platform for ordering, scheduling, payments and delivery, with automatic MLS resizing and branded and unbranded property sites. It charges per delivery instead of a monthly subscription, with unlimited team members and no storage limits.
  • Spiro: business software for real estate media professionals covering ordering, scheduling, invoicing, editing workflows and delivery. It charges $5 per completed listing with no subscription, and supports Stripe, Square and Titus "pay at close" payments.
  • Tonomo: an all-in-one platform for real estate photography businesses with branded booking pages, square-footage pricing, delivery pages and MLS resizing. Plans start at $140 a month for 200 annual listings; full white-labeling is on the $250 plan. We did not find a free plan.

Two newer options are also worth a look: Rela, which pairs property websites with photographer tools from $49 a month, and Fotello, which bundles AI photo editing with a booking and delivery platform and has a free plan.

General photography CRMs

These are built for photographers of all kinds, so they handle contracts, invoices and client management well but have no real estate tools such as MLS resizing or property websites.

  • HoneyBook: a CRM for independent service businesses, with contracts, invoicing, scheduling, a client portal and photo galleries. Plans start at $29 a month after a 30-day free trial, and it is available in the US, Canada, the UK and Australia.
  • Pixieset Studio Manager: booking, invoices and contracts with e-signatures. Its free plan allows 3 contracts and 1 active session type, paid plans start at $12 a month billed annually, and client galleries are a separate Pixieset product.
  • Studio Ninja: a CRM aimed at wedding and portrait photographers, with contracts, invoices and a client portal. Plans start at $16 a month after a 7-day trial, and galleries come through integrations such as Pic-Time and ShootProof.

PhotoCRM

PhotoCRM sits between the two groups. It is a photography CRM with the parts real estate photographers use every day: booking pages with packages, add-ons and deposits, invoices with online card and Apple Pay payments, contracts with e-signatures, and a branded client portal where agents view and download photos and video and pay the invoice in the same place. Every agent has a client record with their projects and revenue history.

The free plan is a real plan, not a trial, and includes 20GB of storage. White Label ($35 a month) puts your own logo, colors and portal address on everything. PhotoCRM also connects to Claude and ChatGPT, so you can ask about unpaid invoices or next week's shoots in plain English.

What PhotoCRM does not do yet: automatic MLS resizing and single-property websites. If those are central to your workflow, a real estate media platform will fit better today.

How to choose

  • You shoot high volume for agents who order online and want property websites: start with a real estate media platform such as Aryeo, HDPhotoHub, Spiro or Tonomo.
  • You want booking, contracts, invoices and delivery in one place without a monthly bill: PhotoCRM's free plan covers that.
  • You shoot weddings and portraits as much as real estate: a general photography CRM, or PhotoCRM, handles both kinds of client.
  • You already use a delivery platform you like: you can keep it for listing media and run clients, contracts and invoices in a CRM.

Whatever you pick, try it with a real listing before you commit: book it, invoice it and deliver it. The right tool is the one your agents find easiest to use.
