Yes. The free plan is $0/month and covers real client work: client and project management, booking pages, invoicing, contracts with e-signatures, and a client portal with galleries, plus 20GB of storage and 3 team seats. You only pay if you choose Enterprise.
Enterprise is the white-label plan: $35/month, or $350/year (2 months free). Your logo, colors and studio name replace PhotoCRM on the client portal, emails, invoices and booking pages. You also get your own portal domain plus a yourstudio.photocrm.io address, 1TB of storage, 20 team seats, and no PhotoCRM fee on client card payments.

On the free plan, yes. When a client pays you through PhotoCRM, a 2% platform fee is deducted from the transaction, on top of Stripe's standard processing fees (about 2.9% + $0.30). It applies to invoice payments and booking deposits, and appears as an "application fee" in your Stripe dashboard. This is what keeps the core plan free. Enterprise removes PhotoCRM's 2% fee on client payments, so you pay only Stripe's standard processing rate (about 2.9% + $0.30 on US cards).
You can create an account and run your first project on the free plan. Payment details are only needed if you choose Enterprise.
Yes. Cancel from Plan & Billing in Settings, and Enterprise stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Your account then goes back to Free: your files, settings and logo are kept, client pages show PhotoCRM branding again, and if you store more than 20GB, new uploads pause until you are under it. Re-subscribe and your branding comes straight back.
